Removed from a running and driving car, so this motor was able to be fully driven and tested before removal. Engine idles smoothly at 800 rpm with no smoking or hesitations. The internal oil pump is in good working condition with good pressure during operation. It also compression tested with good results (driver – 260-260-255-260 / passenger – 260-270-270-260). The engine had no visible oil or fluid leaks during testing. It is still recommended to replace any easy to access gaskets or seals while the engine is removed from the vehicle. Fluids have been drained with no abnormalities.
